✓ Review and approve deliverables promptly

✓ Respect project scope boundaries as defined in the proposal

Delays or miscommunication may affect project timelines and outcomes.

3. Payments and Billing

✓ All pricing is agreed upon prior to the start of work and confirmed in your proposal or invoice

✓ Projects may require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) to begin

✓ Final payments are due upon completion or as outlined in your agreement

✓ Late payments may incur a fee and may delay service delivery

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

✓ All original content, designs, videos, and strategies created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received

✓ Upon full payment, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables may transfer to you

✓ You retain ownership of any content or assets you provide

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share, sell, or misuse any sensitive information or materials you provide. Confidentiality agreements may be established for specific projects upon request.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to achieve outstanding results, digital marketing outcomes can vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., market changes, competition, platform algorithms). We cannot guarantee:

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel services at any time with written notice. Upon cancellation:

✓ You will be billed for all work completed to date

✓ Any unused deposits may be refunded at our discretion

✓ Work will be delivered “as-is” based on the status at time of cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or if communication is consistently unresponsive.
